Between 1 September and 15 October 2017, we’re asking healthcare professionals who use our services to leave their feedback via an online survey.
We’re currently undergoing a UKAS accreditation process, part of which requires us to check in with our customers, find out how satisfied they are and make improvements. It’s also a great opportunity for healthcare professionals to provide comments on the different elements of our service; such as turnaround times, communication of results and the information provided in the laboratory handbook.
There are 12 questions to answer and it should take around 10 minutes to complete, you’ll also have a chance to add any additional comments which aren’t covered by the survey, at the end. Please note this survey is aimed at healthcare professionals only. However, if you’ve used our services through a GP practice or hospital and would like to give feedback, we’d still love to hear from you – the best way to reach us is via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
