LCL sponsers Life Sciences Analytics Award.
Liverpool Life Sciences UTC, a school for 14-19 year olds that want to specialise in the fields of science and health care, has worked with business partners from across the North West Life Sciences sector to recognise students who have excelled and strived to new heights in various specialisms in the fields of science and health care.
Liverpool Clinical Laboratories was chosen as a sponsor for the analytics awards. Luckily Analytics Manager, Craig Evans, was on hand to deliver the award for Analytics to Beth Gwyther, a Year 13 student who was recognised for embracing her time in the UTC’s industry standard innovation laboratories, her strong technical and analytical skills and her ability to solve complex problems.
Lyndsay MacAulay, Director of Enterprise told LCL that,
“We have been delighted to work with Liverpool Clinical Laboratories over the past two years to embed the skills the local life sciences sector needs. Our awards ceremony tonight allowed us to recognise students who have stood out in more than just their academic achievements, truly reflecting the needs of the businesses we work with. The students and parents had a really lovely evening and it was a fantastic way to celebrate their successes over the last two years.”
